In an attempt to improve our systems and remove all cash and cheques from school we are asking all parents to only use our e-payment method to pay for dinner money, trips, music lessons, ties, etc. This can be done online using a very secure website called ParentPay or in cash at local stores where you see the PayPoint logo. From Monday 5 June 2017 no cash or cheques will be accepted for any payments due to the school.
It is vital therefore (if you haven’t already), that you create your ParentPay account and use the online payment system.
Your login details and password have been issued to you, but are available from Amanda Wayne, Finance Assistant at school if you have misplaced these.
Those parents wishing to continue to pay cash should contact the school Finance Office to request the option of paying via PayPoint. A plastic card will be issued to you to make cash payments for school meals at local PayPoint stores. The first card is free of charge; however, any lost or damaged cards will be charged at £1.50 each. Payment cards take about two weeks to arrive in school but we can issue a barcode letter as an interim measure. PayPoint payments are recorded by ParentPay and can be seen by logging into your ParentPay account and viewing your payment history online. Trip and activity information letters will carry a unique barcode which will allow you to make cash payments at your local PayPoint store.
For further information on ParentPay please visit www.parentpay.com.
Please do not hesitate to contact the school if you need assistance. Your support in using ParentPay will help the school enormously.
