CFS staff take part in ‘Survival of the Fittest ‘

On Saturday 10 October a team of six staff from Colonel Frank Seely School will take on a huge challenge – “Men’s Health Survival of the Fittest 2015”; a muddy, gruelling 6 mile running event proven to test the stamina of even the fittest of humans (or at least the average teacher!). With ‘Frank’s Friends’ as their team name, they will become one with the mud dragging themselves over obstacles, ice cold water hazards and challenging off road terrain. If they make it to the end, we can expect them to be muddy and weary but revelling in victory!

The team will start the event at the Embankment in Nottingham at 10.45am. Please come along to show your support or to make a kind donation to their cause by visiting https://crowdfunding.justgiving.com/cfs

They aim to raise enough money to invest in outdoor fitness equipment at the school that all pupils will be able to benefit from.

Good luck Frank’s Friends!
